Jolly Plus & Doll Heart distribute its products only through dealers who are willing and able to commit the resources necessary to display and market our products in a manner that will maintain the integrity represented by the Jolly Plus & Doll Heart® name andJolly Plus & Doll Heart's reputation for high quality collectible products. In short, we wish to have our products available for purchase by consumers from knowledgeable representatives at certified Jolly Plus & Doll Heart® dealers.

 

 In keeping with that goal, Jolly Plus & Doll Heart will sell products only to:

 

  • Dealers who sell Madame Alexander® product only to consumers, not to other resellers; Dealers who maintain in-store displays, catalogue presentations and customer service levels consistent with standards set by Jolly Plus & Doll Heart
  • Dealers who advertise, promote and market our product in a manner, and on terms, consistent with the product's image.
  • Jolly Plus & Doll Heart reserves the right to terminate any existing dealer at any time, consistent with the policies set forth above. Jolly Plus & Doll Heart reserve the right to choose its dealers at its sole discretion, and to choose to supply or decline to supply products to existing or potential dealers at its option.

 

  1. All orders, with the exception of EDI orders, must be placed directly with our Sales Representative, Ms.Cholong.
  2. Jolly Plus & Doll Heart will make every effort to fulfill requested time period of shipment, but reserves the right to ship merchandise as production schedules permit. Orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
  3. Due to the handmade nature of each Jolly Plus & Doll Heart ® creation, product contents and color may vary. Quantities are limited.
  4. Jolly Plus & Doll Heart cannot fulfill requests for special consumer orders nor honor Dealer "back-up" orders. Just we accept the special exclusive work with the minimum volume 40 with the design.
  5. Order cancellations will not be accepted or honored unless they are received in writing 60 days or more prior to the order cancellation date.
  6. Labeling and packaging outside of our normal specifications will be assessed an additional shipping and handling fee.
  7. Damaged or Defective Merchandise: Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned for repair within 30 days from date of invoice with a return authorization (RA). To obtain approval for an RA, customers must email the clue of pictures and send the actual damage product back. Merchandise shipped to Jolly Plus & Doll Heart office without an R.A. will not be accepted.
  8. All prices are subject to change without notice.
  9. Pricing will be determined by the price list in effect at the time of the order.
